The students started the morning in art with Mrs. Kerr. Then we had a snack/washroom break and did our calendar. We reviewed the current month, added a day, counted how many days we've been in September and then graphed the weather. We also added another number to our counting to 100 sheet.

In language we reviewed the letter I: its name, sound and formation. Then we listed a couple of words that started with that letter on the whiteboard and students had to choose one word to write down on a worksheet and then draw a picture of it.

For Daily Five we did 2 rotations: Word Work --> bingo dotted a letter I worksheet and Work on Writing --> journal - tracing my favourite toy and drawing a picture.

After lunch and recess the students had fun in gym with Ms. Lovan.

In math we continued our work on sorting - each table had to race to see how fast they could put all their items into the 3 containers labelled numbers, letters and animals. They did a great job!

After second recess they had french with Mlle. Hou. 

For their UOI we talked about likes and dislikes. Students had to glue different items from a grocery flyer into the columns like/dislike.

Then we had a couple more All About Me presentations.
