Language - Students were introduced to the new letter of the week- O. After singing a song they completed the letter O page in their Writing With Phonics.
Gym - Ms. Lovan
Daily Five- Read to self, Word Work (students made upper/lower case Oo with playdough), Work on Writing (students chose their favourite colour of leaf and wrote the colour to complete the sentence), Listen to Reading (bear says thanks)
Math - Students had to draw their families and then number them underneath. If they finished early they practiced tracing numbers 1-6.
UOI - students had to cut, paste, then colour pictures of food that they liked onto their plates.
Reminders
1. If you're going to be ordering scholastic items they no longer accept cash so please just send in a cheque made payable to Scholastic.
2. Uniform change - short sleeves should no longer be worn, they need to be the longer ones.
3. Money for movie night on October 23rd is due this Friday.
