We started the morning by taking a picture of all the students wearing their casual clothes in support of poverty. Students were excited to hand in their $2 as they knew it was going towards a boy/girl who don't have food and clothes like they do.

Literacy Activity - Students had to put the order of an apple being eaten in the right sequence (whole apple, 1 bite, 3 bites, and then the core)

Calendar - In addition to our usual calendar routines we read a fall poem today. Students had fun reading the poem together and then afterwards circling any numbers or colours they saw.

Language - Students reviewed the name, sound and formation of the letter T. After singing along to the song we completed a sounds like T worksheet where students cut and pasted 3 pictures that began with the letter T sound, if they finished early they used their bingo daubers to finish outlining upper/lower T.

Gym - Ms. Lovan

Daily Five - Reading Buddies --> Students worked with their reading buddies to trace, count, read and add stickers to a 10 frame story of counting pumpkin seeds. They had lots of fun!!

Math - Students filled in the missing numbers on a worksheet. Many are still working on the proper formation.

French - Mlle. Jessica

UOI - Students updated their work binders.


Reminders
1. If you paid for a movie ticket on Friday and did not receive it in your child's agenda tonight, it will go home tomorrow.
2. Lunch Order Forms are due this Friday, no late exceptions.
