Literacy Activity - Students brainstormed ideas on what a gingerbread man would do if he were to take a trip to a house of candy. Then they glued a house to make a flap on the worksheet and wrote down the one idea we all agreed upon.

Gym - Ms. Lovan

Daily Five - Word Work (Students used magnet letters to make Christmas words), Work on Writing (students traced words about the nativity), Students put together Christmas word puzzles

Math - Stations. 1) pipe cleaners and beads (students place the correct number of beads to match the number on top of the pipe cleaner) 2. cotton balls and kid tweezers (Students used the tweezers to pick up cotton balls and place them in the correct numbered box) 3. students sorted shapes by whatever attribute they chose

UOI - students used coloured office stickers to fill in a candy cane outline then coloured a merry christmas page.
