Gym - Mr. Slyk

Language - Started new letter of the week: Jj. Students completed 2 pages in their Writing With Phonics book and then made heart mosaics for art.

French- Mlle. Jessica

Daily Five- Word Work (students traced the sight words 'look' and 'see' in a valentine emergent book reader), Work on Writing (students had to write the lower case letters that matched the upper ones in the hearts), Listen to Reading

Math - students made patterns by colouring in hearts (many of them challenged themselves with more than a simple AB pattern, they did a great job!)

UOI - We talked about what would make a good pet, then taped animals on a pets/non pets chart according to the reasons they listed.
