Phonics - students reviewed the name, sound and formation of the letter Jj and after completing a page in their phonics journal completed a wordsearch.

UOI - Today we talked about the planets Mercury & Venus. We learned that Mercury is the 1st planet from the sun and the smallest. Venus is the second planet from the sun, the hottest planet and is the only one that rotates backwards. Then they had fun making crafts for them.
Recess/Lunch 2
Instead of doing journal time students enjoyed colouring in a gingerbread house by following directions given by me.
