Reading Buddies
Language- students reviewed the sound and formation of the blend 'or'. Then they completed a worksheet where they had to figure out real words from nonsense ones.

Recess/Lunch 1
French- Mlle. Jessica
Math- students reviewed time to the hour and half hour and then we played a bingo game where they had to write down times on a folded piece of paper and when I called it out used a bingo dauber to mark the spot. Then we did a write the room telling time. They had to write down the time they saw on the clock in accordance with the number on the page. Finally they had fun dancing and moving their hands to imitate a clocks.
UOI - today we learned all about doctors. After reading a book they got to pretend they were doctors. They used the different tools such as a stethoscope, needle, etc. to check the different parts of the body. Then they had to record it on a patient form.
If they finished early they helped each other put together a community helpers puzzle.
Recess/Lunch 2
Journal - students had to think of one word to describe what a doctor is and then write a sentence.
Music - Ms. McMillan
Then it was time to pack up and head home!
