Then students did a letter sound write the room. They had to look at the picture on the card and write down the beginning sound that they heard (both upper and lower case letters).

Math - students did a quick review on 10 frames by filling in the following blanks: ______ is 10 and _______.

Journal - today students came up with 3 letter m words and 3 letter d words to write in their journals. Some of them even wanted to spell it by themselves!

Then it was time to pack up and head home!
