Language - We started the new letter of the week: Ee. We sang along to the letter E song and then practiced how to write upper/lower case in their Writing With Phonics workbook. Most had trouble with writing lower case e so any additional practice at home would be great!

Daily Five - Listen to Reading (Story online), Read to Self/Someone Else, Word Work (students had to   look at a picture and circle the correct beginning sound), Work on Writing (each student used dry erase markers to practice spelling their name)

Math - students had to draw a picture of themselves wearing their favourite colour and then taped it to the chart, then we discussed our findings

UOI - students watched videos of how children around the world play differently than we do here in Canada
