Literacy Activity - After reading a story, students completed a worksheet where they had to write their names at the top of the page, then trace and write by themselves upper/lower case Aa, Bb, Cc, + Dd. Them they had to find the apples that only had the letter a on them and colour in the matching shape the  girl was holding at the bottom of the worksheet.

Calendar - Students helped to complete the morning message!

Language- Started back to our letter of the week: Ss. We looked at the big picture card and discussed the sound and formation of the letter. Then students watched a letter s video and completed a page in their Writing With Phonics workbook. We are working on proper line placement.

Gym - Mr. Slyk

Daily Five: Word Work (students used beginning sound mats to correctly place the pictures), Work on Writing (students had to sound out 3 letter words and write them in the boxes), Read to self/someone else

Math - After going around the circle and counting to 100, students wrote their names out on a grid piece of paper and made a pattern.

French - Mlle. Jessica

UOI - We talked about mammals and their characteristics then watched a video of a camel. Then we sang the song, 'Alice the Camel'.


* There is homework for tonight to complete and hand in tomorrow. It is the second page of the work they completed in their Daily Five rotations. *
