Music - Ms. Hayward
Language - students played a game called Beat the Clock where they have to say the letters on the board as fast as they can in 1 minute. They were able to identify 14 of them today and will try to beat that score tomorrow! Then we talked about the short vowel sound 'e' and sounded out 3 letter words with that vowel in the middle.
Math - students rotated through 3 different measurement centres today:
1) measurement using goldfish
2) sorting small, medium, and tall candles on a cake
3) measuring objects using snapcubes and writing the number on the back
Gym - French
French - Mlle. Jessica
UOI - students played a game outside where the teacher would call out a vehicle used for transportation and students had to run to places marked air, land, or water, depending on where that transportation is used. They had tons of fun and did a great job!
