Language - students worked on a new blend sound 'oa'. After brainstorming words on a board they tried something a little different today. They could either 'step' their words or 'rainbow write' them.
Math - students worked on telling time to the hour by using their mini clocks to indicate what time it was and then completing a worksheet where they had to draw the 2 hands on the clock. We have been working to remember that the hour hand is the shorter one and the minute hand is the longer one.
