Language - students reviewed the blend sound 'ar' by finding the real words vs. nonsense ones by colouring them 2 different colours.
Math - students reviewed how to tell time to the half hour by practicing on their laminated clocks and then playing a game on their tables called 'time flies'.

UOI - students got to be teachers today! They rotated teaching their own small "class".
Journal - students learned how to label a picture and then write 2 sentences about it. This is helping them practice for their writing assessments where they have to do a similar activity.
We celebrated a birthday in our class today!
Then it was time to pack up and head home!
