Language - students learned the blend sound 'ar'. We came up with 25 words today! If students discover words throughout the day they can add it to the board.
Math - students learned a new concept today in relation to time: telling it to the half hour. Students struggled a little bit more with this as the concept of figuring out which number it is when it's between 2 of them was difficult. We practiced many times on a laminated clock using dry erase markers.

UOI - we learned a little bit more about the process of a post office and students completed a worksheet where they had to describe who a post man was, what they used for their job and what they could do (their responsibilities).

Then it was time to pack up and head home!
