Calendar - days of the week, months of the year, season, weather, counting to the 100th day of school and a story
Language - students learned the first sound that the blend 'ow' makes. After brainstorming words on the whiteboard they completed the page in their exercise journals and then completed a wordsearch.
Math - students went outside to play "What time is it Mr. Wolf".

Just before recess students read a winter poem and then drew the picture that come to mind. Then they shared how and what they included in their pictures to their classmates. Everyone was surprised at how differently each student interpreted the poem.

UOI - today students learned about paramedics! We watched imagine that and Emily Yeung and then they made an ambulance along with a small booklet.
Music - Ms. McMillan
Then it was time to pack up and head home!
