Calendar - We read Little Poppy together as a class to explain what Remembrance Day means and then they coloured their own to wear for the day (most fell off after the hour so they're now taped to the door)
Language - We sang along to the letter M song.
Gym- Ms. Lovan
Daily Five - Work on Writing (students completed another opinion worksheet, My favourite birthday treat is_______), Word Work (as a class we completed a worksheet together and then students went back to finish on their own), Read to Self/Someone Else
Math - We went around a circle and counted to 100 as fast as we could! Then they completed a booklet from 1-10 where they practiced tracing and completing 10 frames for each number.
Remembrance Day Assembly
Just a reminder that there's NO SCHOOL tomorrow!
