Tremendous Thursday

Calendar - days of the week, months of the year, season, weather, & a story. Then students wrote their names down on a sticky note and answered the question of the day: Are you excited to be in SK today?

Language - students took turn rolling a ball to each other and they had to say a letter, its sound and a word that began with that letter. Then they had to use uppercase letter magnets to match the lowercase ones on the whiteboard.

Gym - Ms. Yustin

French - Mlle. Jessica

Math - students rotated through sorting stations and then they completed a worksheet where they had to count the number of candies on the gingerbread and write them in the corresponding spaces.

Recess/Lunch 2

Students decorated a snowman.

Music - New Teacher

Then we watched a Ms. Booksy and it was time to pack up and head home!
